The mattress is filled with pure new Icelandic wool of the multi colored Icelandic sheep. In every detail, materials have been carefully selected based on a guiding principle of utilizing the natural properties of sustainable and clean resources.
Each RÓ Wool Mattress is custom made and assembled by hand in our workshop, this each mattress is made uniquely to you while always meeting high standards of quality.
Once you place your order we will start working on your mattress as soon as possible and contact you with an estimated manufacturing time. This can be up to 6 weeks.

We offer free or reduced rates on shipping, depending on where you wish to have your mattress delivered! We ship worldwide.
Manufacturing time for each order can be up to 6 weeks + shipping time. Shipping time and method varies depending on your location on the globe. Once you have placed your order we will notify you with an estimated delivery time and keep you informed about the status of your purchase.

Since each RÓ mattress is custom made there is no refund once we have started making the product.
If, for a good reason you need to cancel your order, it is possible to do so, up to the point when we start working on your order.
In the unlikely event that there is a flaw in the mattress that is obviously a result of a mistake in the production we will be happy to replace the mattress with a new one.
